Kansas City Clash – a Halo Flashpoint 4-Round Tournament

This is the big one! Wrap up Season 0 with Kansas City's largest HALO FLASHPOINT tournament to date! 4 Rounds of intense action! We'll have a Grand Tournament Kit - which means players will be playing for the top prize - 4 Fireteam Wolf mastercraft resin Miniatures. We'll also have plenty of other prizes like holographic cards, acrylic tokens, and THE WEAPON score tracker! This event is capped at 16 players, so get your tickets early! You must have a ticket to play! If you submit a list without buying a ticket we will discard it!

Registration:
Before you can play in the tournament, please do the following:
- Buy a ticket from HERE!!!
- If you do not have one already, create a Halo Flashpoint App profile. It is free, and we use it for the tournament.

- Using the Halo App’s free force builder, create a 200-point Fireteam.
- In the Halo App, register your Fireteam for the tournament by Friday, October 24th.
- Open your Force List.
- Select List options.
- In the Submit to Tournament section, enter the following code: Ky9FDDuU5z
- Select Save List Options. Your team will be locked until the end of the tournament, no changes can be made.
Schedule:
10:00 A.M. – Registration Opens
10:45 A.M. – Registration Closes, Tournament Overview, Q & A, Round 1 Pairings
11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. – Round 1
12:30 P.M. to 2:15 P.M. – LUNCH BREAK
2:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. – Round 2
4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. – Round 3
6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. – Round 4
8:00 P.M. – Results, Award Ceremony, & Prizes
Tournament Structure:
Construct a 200-point Fireteam using the guidelines established in the Wargames Expansion. When you arrive to play in the tournament, be sure you bring official Mantic models (no 3D prints or proxies allowed for this tournament), tokens, dice, cards, and a copy of your army list. In addition, pay $15 to Game Cafe and let the Tournament Organizer (TO) know you have arrived. The TO will check you in on the Tournament app.
Tables will be set up to Organized Play standards for each game type.
Round 1 – VIP OP
Round 2 – Oddball Reloaded
Round 3 – King of the Hill OP
Round 4 – Slayer OP
Scoring and Winning:
Tournament Points will be awarded as follows:
- Players will score a number of Tournament Points equal to the number of Victory Points they achieve for the round (0-18)
- Players will earn +10 Tournament Points for Winning the battle
- Players will earn +5 Tournament Points in the case of a Draw.
- Players will earn +2 Tournament Point for a Loss
- Players will earn +1 Tournament Points for each “Achievement” they unlock per game, up to 10 per Round.
Rounds:
The matchups of the first round (game 1) will be random. In the following rounds (Game 2 onwards) players will be paired using Tournament Points (TP).
Once players have completed their round, they will need to inform the TO of the game results. The player with the most Tournament Points at the end of the final game will be the winner.
Ties will be broken as follows:
- Win/Loss Record
- Number of Achievements “Unlocked”
- Dice Off!
