And what better way to celebrate Halo's 25th Anniversary than the First Annual MiracleCon Halo: Flashpoint Tournament, Oklahoma's premiere annual family-friendly gaming and fandom convention dedicated to raising funds for our statewide Children's Miracle Network, with this being our biggest yet, expanding in the 5th year from a single day convention to two days! This isn't just saving the day in fiction, but living the role of a true hero in everyday life. So, tune up your MJOLNIR armor, bring your terrain, and prepare wallets to compete for a great cause. We even have a few surprises in store for you. See you ringside!
Tournament Information
Sunday, August 30, from 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, Awards at 8:30 PM.
Season: 1
Format: Varies (See Event Details Below); Plan to bring at least 200, 250, 300, and 500 points. This event space will be edited the week of August 10th with the full event details. You will need to provide separate lists for all four teams.
Location: Reed Conference and Event Center, 5750 Will Rogers Road, Midwest City, Oklahoma. Parking is free.

Tournament Entry: $10 Entry (This does not include your badge; you need a MiracleCon Badge. You can preregister online or the day of, if there is seating available.)

Space is limited. Tournament registration covers prize support; all other costs goes directly to Extra Life. We cannot stress enough: please register here and prepay as early as possible at MiracleCon's website, as we may not have walkups the day of, based on table capacity. On the website, you will need to checkout with both the badge and the tournament entry preregistration.
Tournament Day Schedule
11:00 AM: Convention Opens, Registration Opens; Setup; List Check. Each Table Will Have It's Own Scenario. It is recommended to bring teams of 200, 250, 300, and 500 points.
Approx. 11:15 AM - 11:20 AM: Briefing
• Round 1: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Battle Royale (Custom Game Mode): 250 Points
15 Minute Break
• Round 2: 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM: Slayer: 300 Points
15 Minute Break
• Round 3: 3:30 PM - 4:45 PM: Super Fiesta: 200 Points
30 Minute Break
• Round 4: 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM: Big Team Battle: 500 Points
15 Minute Break
• Round 5: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Grifball (Custom Slayer): 300 Points & Surprise Game Mode for Final Round for Top 2: 500 Points
8:30 PM+: Prize Distribution, pictures, cleanup, etc.
Please be on time as we have to stick to a strict convention schedule for cleanup. Note the above times may change to fit covention time frame, breaks, and other convention feedback. etc. Be sure to watch this space for any changes.
Rules: Standard list building rulesets apply. (Aka, based off of Wargames Expansion.) Limit of 1 Legend on team and minimum 3 figures or more on list. See above point allotment; plan that you may not play at the same table twice.

As this convention is a charity convention, we will also be offering 'Cheat Codes' that you can utilize through your games! All you have to do is donate the cost for the effect!
Charity Menu:
$1 Reroll (Only 1/Roll)
$1+: Increase your successes by +X Amount (X = $1 spent, ala $1 = +1. $2 = +2, etc.)
$2: 1 Extra Command Dice for 1 Roll (Still Must Roll for Result)
$2: Extra Square of Range on Firearm/Speed
$3: Exchange 1 Command Dice of Your Choice for Another
$3: Start with Random Equiment
$5: Decide Who Goes First
$5: Spawn/Start with a New Random Weapon (from the Menu)
$5: Add 1 Damage to Result
$7: Roll is a 'Headshot' or Critical Hit
$20: Add any figure of your choice from your force for one figure life, regardless of point value (Once they are killed, they do not respawn. You can pay again to add the same figure back, however)

Question and Answers:
• Will I need to bring my own terrain? Yes. Be sure to bring your own minis, scenery, maps, tokens, etc.
• Will I need to submit a list? Yes. List can be submitted the day of, due to the varying nature of the X for the tournament?
• Do I have to use official terrain? No, you can bring custom ones! Be sure to get it vetted by the judge and players first. You are still only permitted to use any released models and rules, per the Halo: Flashpoint Index.
• Will we have time for lunch? There is no official allotted time for lunch; we have several breaks built into the tournament, including a 30 minute break.
