Description
WEEK TWO — JULY 27TH
Husky Oddball
Control the ball, control the game. Starting from Round 2 the Oddball enters play and from that point forward possession becomes everything. The ball respawns at its starting location at the beginning of each round after the first activation, so no lead is ever truly safe and no deficit is ever truly final.
Unlike most objectives the Oddball cannot be fumbled by Forced Movement or Pinning alone. Only a successful Rapid Fire or Suppression will shake it loose from a carrier's grip, which means even models immune to Pinning are not immune to losing the ball. Every activation matters because the opposing team is scoring a point for every one of yours the carrier survives holding it, and a clean assault kill with the ball in hand is worth 4 points all at once.
The game runs up to 6 rounds or until a team reaches 20 Victory Points.
